Booking rules 

and answers to frequently asked questions

Your order is binding when a confirmation is sent. Free cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged for one night's stay.

You book your room in our automatic booking system. Before arrival, you will receive a code to the hotel entrance and your hotel room.

Arrival and departure
With our unmanned check-in and check-out, your room will be ready from 3pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you must leave your room by 11am at the latest.

Payment
Is made in advance via our website/payment provider, we are a cashless hotel.

Breakfast
If you have any special preferences and/or allergies when it comes to food, we would appreciate it if you would inform us about this at the time of booking so that we can create the best conditions for your stay.

Pets
Not allowed

Cleaning
Your hotel room will be cleaned before your arrival then twice per week during your stay.

Wifi 
We have free internet access in all rooms.

Allergener
Allergens There are no feathers/down in our bedding, duvets or pillows. The hotel has a non-smoking policy. If smoking has occurred, we will charge the actual cost of restoring the premises.

Accommodation rules
The PIN code to the hotel entrance and the room is personal and may not be shared with others. The rooms have a maximum capacity of four guests. If you have booked a family room and the youngest guest is under six years old, five people may use the room.

Liability for damage
The person who booked the stay is also liable for damage to the equipment and premises due to negligence or unacceptable behavior. This may also result in the stay being interrupted and the contract being cancelled without refund.

Safety Be familiar with the emergency exit, fire extinguisher and panic buttons. To ensure safety, prevent crime and protect our property, we monitor public areas with cameras. This means that you, who visit our hotel, may be filmed.


Force majeure Unforeseeable extraordinary events beyond the control of the contracting parties give the hotel the right to terminate the contract without liability.
